There are only two times when you can make sure your prefix is put on an area resref:

• Put them into the name during creation of the area
• Use the "create copy" option from right clicking the area, to do this.

Areas submitted without this prefix in the resref (seen under the Advanced tab in Area Properties) cannot be imported into the module.
